Terms of stay
- It is rented only to visiting guests of the city.
- Booking confirmation without prepayment.
- Check-in after 14.00, check-out before 12.00 (late check-out and early check-in are possible, subject to availability).
- Upon arrival, you must pay a security deposit in the amount of 5 000 - 10 000 RUB. Payment is made in cash. You will receive the deposited amount at check-out. After checking the condition of the apartment, the deposit will be fully refunded to you in cash.
- We provide all accounting documents.
- You must have an identity document with you.
