Advantages: We rented an apartment with a lake view at number 33. We were absolutely delighted, as the apartment is gorgeous. The bed is huge, the windows are panoramic, offering an impeccable view. The bathroom and kitchen are in perfect condition. We recommend it!

Advantages: The apartment has a good location, renovated and cool furniture. We are very satisfied with the chosen option, we liked everything. The check–in was remote, and we didn't mess anything up - everything went great thanks to the clear instructions. There were also no issues with departure and payment.

Advantages: The apartments were pleasantly pleased with their thoughtfulness — everything is organized simply, but with taste. The location is excellent, close to historical quarters, and everything is within walking distance. I especially liked the way the kitchen is decorated — cozy and comfortable. The check-in took place without delay, the keys were handed over on time. The style of the interior creates a feeling of modernity and comfort at the same time. It is suitable for both couples and independent travel. It's quiet inside, the neighbors don't bother. Disadvantages: There was no night light, so I had to use a bright light.

Advantages: I sent my mother and children on vacation to Kaliningrad. I booked an apartment for them and drove them there myself. I looked and made sure that the apartments were good and there was enough room for everyone. In the end, my family was satisfied. A clean, bright apartment, nearby there are shops, cafes and other pleasures for nonresidents.

Advantages: They returned without hesitation. The location is not obvious, because it is not the center, but it is really the best. All walks should start from here, you will get a real pleasure. Especially if you first look at the best coffee shop (Mr. Cappuccino), which is located right in the house. Super host.

Advantages: The apartment was made by the owner as for himself. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, comfortable and cozy and very clean. I was struck by the whiteness of bed linen, tablecloths, towels. Everything is new.
They met well, told and showed everything, explained how to get to the sights, what you can see, where to buy groceries. Disadvantages: I liked everything

Advantages: Excellent apartment. Closed residential complex, cafes, shops on the ground floors. It is very convenient to go out in the morning for coffee 👌🏻
There is everything you need, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, dishes, tea, coffee, etc., 5 liters of drinking water were provided.
Very clean 👌🏻
They told me everything, how to get where, what to see, where to go.
Location near the "upper pond". Walking slowly in 5 minutes. Near the children's amusement park, we rode on the Ferris wheel, great view of the city.
Along the embankment of the upper pond in 10 minutes cafe "ogonek", "amber Museum".
I will recommend it to my friends 👍

, everything was wonderful, our plane arrived late, after 9 p.m., we were met near the apartment, everything was shown and told: where can I go and go to see what, in the apartment itself there is a memo for tourists with the necessary information: the necessary phone numbers, addresses of restaurants and cafes, etc. Disadvantages: We didn't find any drawbacks
